Delivered photos, video, and other media are licensed to the booking agent for use in marketing the specific property photographed — including MLS listings, print, and online/social marketing — unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Properties should be staged and ready for photography at the scheduled time. A $150 fee applies if a return trip is required because the property was not ready.
