We primarily cover Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Arlington, Stafford, Spotsylvania, and King George counties in Virginia, plus Washington, D.C. Special requests outside this area may be available for an additional travel fee — just ask before booking.

Exterior photography and drone work depend on weather. If conditions won’t produce quality results on your shoot day, we’ll reach out to reschedule the affected portion as early as possible.
Homes should be fully staged, decluttered, and camera-ready before we arrive — lights on, blinds open, and personal items put away. See our staging guidance for a full checklist.
A $150 fee applies if the property isn’t prepared for photography on arrival, since it typically requires a return trip. We’re happy to walk through prep expectations ahead of time to help you avoid this.
Our photographers can make light adjustments (straightening items, minor repositioning) but aren’t able to move furniture or heavy items. Please have the space staging-ready before the shoot.
Delivery is typically next-day, usually by 10 AM the morning after your shoot.
